They were easily accessible and very quick to get my interests and priorities down in writing so that we could start exploring the market. They got me set up in their MLS portal, which is confusing at first but a very powerful tool once you understand it (be sure to ask for help if you're struggling at first!). Lisa was incredibly patient as I watched the market and waited until I was ready to move. Once the search got serious, she was in touch with me daily by email or calls to inform me of movement in the market and properties that I liked. When the time came to put in our first offer, Lisa's expertise and experienced showed when she came up with an incredible strategy that saved me thousands of dollars by avoiding a bidding war.
